This is a terrible business. They won't ever answer their phones. Their bus drivers will not share any information as to what is happening with their delays. Their main number can never reach the local lines. My grandson was stuck at Chicago Greyhound station for 15 hours with no place to sleep, nothing to eat and no information. We finally got him on a bus and now that bus is missing... he is missing.... and no one will answer their calls. This is criminal! We treat animals better !!

If you luck out and get a good driver you will have a great experience, but that don't happen all the time, they have some non professional drivers that are late and cause you to miss your connection bus

Out of a 33 hour trip originally...27 hours was added to the trip after a driver got sick. I asked them to make it rite and fix it and put me up in a hotel for the largest layover of 17 hours. Customer service really told me i had to go through the hole trip BEFORE they would make up for whatever issue i have. I have used greyhound since i was 8...this company has turned into rude ppl and has no desire to fix any complaints. I do not recommend to anyone

No hot food. Machines take your money. Ugly place for a bus station. People are rude unfriendly and very unpolite. Can't America get a better bus line? The buses are always late. Drivers are unfriendly and hostile. No paper in bus bathroom. Extremely disappionted in customer service. Shame on the owner of this bus line.

I have come and either had my luggage lost or had up to a 14hour wait for a bus or a driver or both! If ur not on a timeline I guess u could put up with it but for most it is a horrible experience.
