First of all we had issues of the driver not showing up on the way to our destination then on the way back no one would let me or my spouse sit together and the people we sat next to deliberately took over half our seats. I had to sit with half my butt hanging off the side praying i wouldn't fall off. Assigned seats would put a end to a lit of this. This sadly isn't the only time this has happened. I like greyhound but if i find another carrier who makes sure that their passengers are comfortably seated and couples allowed to sit together i will have to start using them.

It was terrible and I hope to never ever take Greyhound bus again here I thought Mega bus was bad but comparing the to they neck in neck both the same. The employee SUCK big time.

Over booked my bus. Re-routed. Late. In little rock make attends wouldnt let me get sick in women's bathroom. Drug me out stuck my head in trash can. It was awful. Place was dirty. Looked RUFF .... scary. Then unable catch next bus until next day etc. Treated awful. Seen others put out. When i screamed for security guard he disappeared left.

The Little Rock Greyhound station is in dire need of replacement. Location needs to be more accessible. Half of the gates aren't in use.

It was so dissatisfying that I will never think of picking Greyhound as a Travel option. My bus was cancelled and I was not even notified of it until it was half an hour prior to the departure. The terminal guys replied that their manager was not there so they could not do anything about it other than letting us board on a bus that went to Memphis, TN. My destination Jonesboro, AR was 1.5 hr away from Memphis. They told me that Greyhound will give us an Uber or something to get to Jonesboro. Once I reached to Memphis ( 3 hrs later of my scheduled arrival at Jonesboro), they denied it. I had to pay $76.95 from my own pocket to manage an Uber to get to Jonesboro. It was about 12:30 AM by then. The Memphis guys offered me to purchase a ticket from Memphis to Jonesboro. It was scheduled to leave 9:00 AM in the next morning. So I will not think to travel with Greyhound ever again. It was terrible.
