Driver was obnoxious to say the least. It's 3am for heaven's sake and I fell asleep. You don't need to yell and rush me. Be polite, walk near, ask politely, and understand that some people have been awake for a  whole day and worked the day before. Gimme a break...

Smooth ride, but the out of the way long routes are just unnecessary. And the bus stations are NOT acceptable. Most of them were filthy.

My son's bus was delayed two hours and his girl friend and I waited for a while being solicited for cigarettes or dates until my soldier son arrived. The station is in a less than respectable area of town. Don't go alone at night if you are a female or beautiful waiting on a soldier!

I went to here in order to receive the huse baggage through greyhound express. As the employee in office was so kind, he helped to bring my baggage into my car for me. It was too heavy. I would like to say thank to him again.

Bus didn't leave on time, had to wait for hours before departing from Montgomery with no explanation for the delay. Traveling with young children and there's no restaurant the property. Had to cross busy hwy for food. This is not the first time departing from Montgomery and there was a big delay like this. Holiday travelers, with small children have paid for third seats and can't sit together or they have to hold the child until the next STOP! I think greyhound should have more drivers during the holiday season. Needless to say I Was Very disatisfied  with your service!
