The drivers are friendly and helpful but a lot of the stops are unmarked and it gets confusing.also the route map on the website is small and the transloc app is worthless.

It needs a place to shelter from rain and to sit for elderly. Also needs to be on time.

The buses are late at times because some drivers talk to each of their other co-workers instead of paying attention to the time they are supposed to leave the Intermodel Transfer Center. Also NOT one bus shelter is erected in East Montgomery. More benches and shelter need to be installed

I wish the bus ran 24/7 so I could catch it to and from work...but I can only take it to work, because I get off at 10:30pm, and the buses stop at 9. :(

It was clean, they have attended keeping it nice she was friendly and courteous. There was also an "M" Supervisor present letting us know what bus was coming in and what direction the buses were traveling. The two drivers I rode with were friendly, professional and seemed very knowledgeable in their respective fields. I appreciate having this service, please keep it going and growing.
