honestly if I could give no stars I would. It was such a bad experience. First off, when the advertise there is wifi on the bus, they don't let you know that its the lowest quality wifi out there and it doesn't even work. Another thing, I was getting a bus from Philadelphia to State college and the only option was to switch at Wilkes barre. Well the first bus took such a long time to start up that it missed the transfer bus in Wilkes barre so I had to wait 3 hours for another bus to take me to state college. It was so annoying and I would definitely recommend a different bus company. I am never using this again.

Worst experience of my life. The only reason they got one star is because no stars wasn't a choice. This was the first time in 3 years I've decided to take the greyhound due to a nightmare experience when I wasn't dropped off at my destination but left at a bus station an hour and a half from my destination and told they weren't going to the destination that was clearly on my ticket. At the time I was a 17 year old freshmen in college, so scary. So on Friday November 10, 2017 I finally decided to give it another shot, I walked right back into that nightmare. The bus was scheduled to board at 7:15 and leave by 7:35, its 9:00 and everyone is just looking around and trying to find answers, nobody knew what was going on from the greyhound workers at the station to the customer service help line. The bus ended up never showing up so myself and 7 other passengers (who got aquatinted after waiting over 3 hours) decided to rent a van and take the trip ourselves. Greyhound has so much disfunction, both of my experiences were a nightmare, I will never go through that again.

Specifically for Greyhound: terrible bus service. I unfortunately rode multiple fares and each had a 1+ hour delay. They don't allow you to refund your ticket either. They claim they have wifi but it never works. Never riding with them again

Never riding Greyhound again, not even if they got me free tickets! The staff are indifferent and unbelievably rude, the whole system of boarding the passengers onto the bus is confusing, none of the ticket booth seem to work, the check in counters are understaffed and the buses aren't ever on time! Worst travel experience!

Bus never arrived at the station, yet greyhound only refunded $15 of my $40 ticket. Avoid greyhound if possible.
