Sad.  Customer service had no idea why the bus was late. Refused to find anything out.  Philly station was cruel and said they get there whe n they get there.  I will be looking for new travel ideas.    I dont do rude people.  This is human lives in your care. To charge as much as u do...  u should have excellent & knowledgeable  staff.   Harrisburg... Your site is very  clean. But again... cs completely sucks

Parking was unmarked and way off site and required passing through an underpass tunnel to reach. We drove around for almost 30 minutes in questionable areas and only found the lot because we asked. The area looked shady and ghetto and didn't feel safe. The station also felt ghetto and many waiting for the bus looked shady. The ticket counter guy ignored me for several minutes despite not having a line. He wasn't very friendly and neither were the people checking tickets to board the bus.

Right really like the fact that I had no idea where to go while transferring busses here. Severely understaffed, but the people at the desk will help you out, even if you have to wait 15+ minutes and you're anxious your bus is leaving. Has vending machines and bathrooms.

Very rude people working here, no I'd tags for luggage , asked what if Greyhound miss places my luggage they said I don't know.
I wouldn't even give this place a1star if I had a choice. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If these people don't like there jobs or un happy maybe they should go back on welfare.

Dirty and unorganized. The desk staff was helpful but bus drivers were not. Didn't seem to care if the bus took off on time or not.
