On this particular occasion I was forced to have to take a bus first time in over 25 years. Waiting for the bus to show up at 6 in the morning and then being told that it's not coming is kind of ridiculous especially after waiting approximately an hour or so from when it was due to show up. When trying to contact someone two resolve the matter it is all automated so trying to get to a live person never happened. On the return trip the bus seem to breakdown on three separate occasions or something was happening with it we did arrive at our destination in time on the trip back but on the trip out I had to get someone else to take me. I am very unhappy with their service and I do not recommend Greyhound for your traveling needs unless you absolutely have to.

Try minus one!! I have never been so disrespected or misunderstood,And a witness to such miscommunication between employees and to customers! Between premises of refunding tickets to lodging, and nothing was actually done!! Spent 26 hours between a Greyhound terminal and McDonald's after a group of us were told our bus was notably delayed but that it wasn't going to depart whn it did arrive due to road conditions, (and actually being lied to about road closures,And the terminal being locked up for six hours) it was a very trying emotional trip, not to mention the family problems it caused at home do to the inconsistency of the Greayhound,,so called "team"!!!VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WELL NEVER RIDE GREYHOUND AGAIN, AND MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW ALSO!!

Arrival and boarding time of bus was supposed to be 11:45, but the driver left at 11:45 instead of waiting for passengers for 20 minutes because he didn't think anyone would show.

Bus breaks down twice and no refund or rebates 4 hrs late never again ill walk

If you are confused, the a&d mini mart is where the bus stops. 

As for rating the bus, it's a pretty gross bus. It does have Wi-Fi which is nice. But the seats look filthy and have little lumbar support.
