Now you can travel paperless. Get your E-Ticket anywhere in the U.S. This is much better than making pasengers print tickets. Excellent change. But the bus stop on Ontario is just that, outside in the weather.

The Ontario Greyhound bus station is a joke they should be open on the weekends cuz some people supposed to travel on the weekends if they can't be open on weekends they need to find some other management that can be open on the weekends otherwise Amtrak Point bus needs to take over at least Point Amtrak can do a better job than Greyhound

If I could give no stars I would. No bathroom. Have to walk across 4 lanes of traffic to get something to eat. Bus is now 20 minutes late and it is getting dark. No phones. Closed building. Lousy customer service.

I work at a hotel close to bus stop they are leaving people stranded cold like almost everyday due to cancelled or delayed buses and telling people not there problem they do not have shelter for them.. SO if it is not your problem since you are late who's problem is it. Right now I have a 3 month old baby waiting because they are 35 min late last week it was a pregnant girl because they were 6 hours late...When does it end and do you build better facility for your customers. Because I know it is not our fault or city's fault but we are picking up the pieces because of your neglectfulness.
