Showed up 30 min early for the bus, but the driver had already left.  Agent William acted like it was no big deal.  He kept saying I should've arrived 30 min prior to departure...I DID!!!!  The driver left 40 min BEFORE actual departure time!!  How is that my fault?  According to the passengers that had gotten off the bus the driver had been doing that at every stop that day.  How is that ok? Then we get rescheduled for the next bus, 4 hrs later.  We arrive 50 min early only to find out they have no driver due to it being spring break, and they knew this a few hrs prior!!!  OMG.  This isn't Greyhound's first rodeo, the know when busy season is,  when they need more drivers.  I spent over an hour on the phone trying to file a complaint.

Good safe drivers. Affordable way to travel. Most buses have wifi. Clean. Kept at a comfortable temperature. Pretty comfy seats that recline a bit.

Always scary people boarding buses and staff and call signals not up to par helpful and not helpful a mix never know what your gonna get
