I'd give this zero stars if I could. Worst service ever. Didn't show up or depart on time. I hope this goes out of business soon for the complete disregard of people's schedules.

The bus was on time, facilities reasonably clean. Prices are high, though-costs double of you don't buy online a week in advance.

I would like to thank Tom at the Ellensburg Greyhound Station for his help in retrieving a piece of luggage for a stranded passenger that had very important information in it.  Appreciate the help.  La Grande Greyhound

First Driver was a DICK, left me in Montana all night, second bus driver allowed me to ride to next station and pay there, offered to take me all the way to my destination.  Great experience otherwise; I will ride again soon! Either that or hop a freight train... Probably the latter.

Thomas was the most helpful person when I called the Ellensburg station. My connecting bus was running late and he made sure the other bus waited an extra 15 min so I wouldn't be stuck. Thanks again!
