If you have to take a Greyhound bus from here!! That is the only reason I was there. It was disgusting outside. But a bit cleaner inside. The snack bar was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was good. The ladies bathroom was clean. Greyhound staff were friendly and helpful. The best part for me tho was the ability to charge my phone in the charging area and they allowed people to use the power outlets if the charging area was full. Overall inside cleanliness could have been better. BUT THE OUTSIDE WAS GROSS AND SMELLED OF BEER,CIGARETTES AND URINE.

In a good location; Well Fargo is few block away (24hr ATM) as is Starbucks (7am-9pm - out front door, cross over to other side of Town St., turn left and walk about three blocks and is on your side of Town St) Somewhat safe; ppl. are decent and little theft. Fairly clean considering it's a major transfer point station. Occasional 'pan-handling' as a homeless shelter isn't far away; Security is on top of it most of the time. Rather efficient Staff that are relatively friendly and knowledgeable.

customer service at the terminal is awesome. But shipping services sucks with greyhound, prices are great but 2 months for items to get to destination. give me a break.

They suck.. you better off getting a flight bad customer service , they charge you the price of a plane ticket and take you 30 hrs to get somewhere and when something goes wrong on there end the only thing they can say is I do apologize very sad and unorganized their buses are nasty they're dirty and they are not clean the bus drivers are rude and disrespectful you have people traveling from all over cities and states and when they act the bus drivers questions they get attitudes as if they should know the answer on their own they need to be shut down thank you

The greyhound station in Charlotte is terrible. Don't ever hv anything in order. The bathroom are open but when u walk in the stalls are always locked and only one is open with a broken door. Someone walked in on me while I was using it. Ugh n it's not clean. Can't ever be clear on what line to stand on. People are always looking lost. Oh boy and the restaurant is always packed with unhappy customers because they only hired one person to work late night. She has to cook the food on the grill and work the cash register all at the same time. Ridiculous. It should be two workers when the busses pull in. Overall, after I use a nasty bathroom, wait forever for my food, get lost on which line to stand on and deal with the nasty bus driver, I finally get on a clean wifi spacious bus n try to go to sleep.... also, their was a package handler that was very helpful. I was on a cane and he helped me with everything and was very pleasant. Made my trip a little more worthy and happy. I believe his name was Kasiem Arman. Hope I'm right. But that is the name I seen. Good luck greyhound. Hope my review make charlotte station a better layover place.
