Schedule should be extended. Should run on Sunday. Customer service is not very helpful. Most drivers are nice. The drivers sometimes just decide to not do the whole route and leave you waiting at a stop for an hour or longer because of traffic. If you call customer service to say where is the bus I have been waiting they direct you to the where's my bus app. You still end up sitting there waiting.

This station is very, very small not many seats . It's not a official Greyhound station it's shared with citilink which is the public bus for the city of fort Wayne and it shows well . You will find a few homeless people in there seating down and using the bathrooms . Bathrooms it looks like they try to keep them clean , it's not bad . One snack machine , one soda machine that's it . It is located downtown so if you have a layover during the day their is restaurant's and stores walking distance for food . Hours are 6am to 8pm . They are CLOSED on Sundays ! Keep the hours and the Sunday thing in mind when traveling with layovers . It's downtown so it's not in a bad area. They only have one person working the window so if it gets busy you will be in line for a minute no room for no more than one person at a time so if you have to pickup your ticket same day as departure come early to be safe. However the lady I talked to to pickup my ticket at the window was nice . PAY Attention to timing !!!! They don't always call out when buses come I almost missed my bus because she said she would but she got busy with customers and forgot ! Keep a eye on your bus don't depend on a announcement !! Other than that have a great and safe trip hope this helps someone.

There were unmarked officers waiting on each bus to arrive and they asked me for a cigarette then threw me agenst the floor and found weed in my pocket then charged me with possesion of cocxain and parafinalia. If at all possible avoide this plaxe theres to men dressed as passengers but there cops preting on passengers. Be careful.

Small and there is technically no dedicated station for greyhound. Very Small shared station so if there is even moderate ridership you'll Wait outside rain or shine.
