Its a good place to buy snacks, drinks, and maybe cigarettes. They do sell sandwiches but they look extremely unappetizing so I've always steered clear of them.The employees aren't very engaging. There are clean public restrooms which is a plus.

Kinda boring, but that's to be expected. It is only a gas station with a Chinese buffet attached. Employees spent most of there time staring at me and the TV screen. They were nice and didn't really bother me.

I live in White River Junction. My mother was taking a bus to the Montreal airport. She went a day before her trip and asked about the details. The person there told her that Greyhound does provide service to the airport, with a transfer at the main bus station in Montreal. On the day of the trip, we arrived 20 minutes before departure. Apparently one is supposed to arrive an hour before, so that was our mistake. The ticket agent (a different person from the day before) sold her a ticket to Montreal, but the driver told me that she needed to be sure to get a ticket all the way through to the airport. She asked for that ticket, and the agent (Dan) said he had never heard of a ticket to the Montreal airport. When he located it in the system, he said that he couldn't sell it as a separate ticket, and would have to run the whole transaction again, and that there wasn't time for that. When my mother said as an aside to me that he was having a hard time with the transaction, he said words to the effect of "It's your fault, lady, and I don't like your attitude." He seemed to be shaking. I guess the idea that the customer is always right didn't apply in this situation. I was disappointed that this simple situation couldn't be resolved, and that the ticket agent thought that his ignorance (when everyone else knew that Greyhound goes to the Montreal airport) was somehow the fault of the old woman buying the ticket. Disappointed in US bus transit.
