I earned a free ticket from FL to CA😁 Yes they are not perfect, but 8/10 they are always clean. 9/10 they always have the best prices with no gimmicks. Traveling on a budget is really hard. I am glad that at least I do have the option to go. Yes, it does take along time, and one has  to change buses a couple of times.....but so what. Customer service is a hard job in any job, but most people go to the counter angry . We need there service like they need are business. if we as customers could be a little more appreciative , then maybe they could be a little nicer.

The bus arrived on time, but the station doesn't open until 8, so I was unable to pick up my tickets for my 6:45 bus. I called customer service and was told that it was okay to get on the bus with my confirmation number and pick up the ticket at the next stop, but the driver gave me a lecture about making sure to print the tickets myself. This wasn't very consistent customer service, and I was not impressed. There is nowhere to wait if your bus comes before the station opens, and no way of picking up your tickets. An automated kiosk would be a great solution, or a secure mobile ticket with matching ID. Get with the times, Greyhound. In the meantime, if you are traveling and don't have a way to print your tickets, you are just out of luck.

Worst experience ever!!!
The bus was 2 hours delay!! 
My bus was supposed to leave at 6:45 am, but arrived at 8:50 am. From Orlando to Miami Airport. 
The office was closed. 
It is almost imposible to speak with a real person on the customer services lines. Even they didn't have a clue at what time the bus would arrive. 
The driver was rude, and the bus extremely dirty.
