I honestly wasn't expecting much from this service considering the reputation it has, however I really needed to travel. Registering for the ticket was simple and the service was welcoming. According to my ticket I was supposed to arrive at my destination at 11AM, which later turned out to be 11:40AM. The bus I stayed in was clean and had a well functioning AC system (which is important in Florida). The driving was smooth and the seats were comfy. I'm not sure what happened before with the company, but they must be doing something to improve. Anyways, if you are looking to travel through Florida for a good price and you are not in a hurry, I would recommend this service. I'll probably use it again in the future.in regards to the customer service, I cannot say how it was since I didn't need to contact them.

I don't know why this company got low ratings.  They seem very unfair!  I am giving it a 4 star only because they were 20 minutes late.  The driver was nice and worked hard loading the luggage, the bus was clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasant ride from Pompano Plaza to Orlando.  Seems like no one tipped.  I did.  Nice to appreciate people just as much as you want to be appreciated.  Overall, great experience!  And it was inexpensive for that trip if you consider renting a car and spending gas money!

This is the absolute WORST transportation service/company out there. I purchased a bus ticket for a relative to visit me in Orlando. When she arrived at the pickup destination in Pompano Beach, the driver told her there was no room on the bus and she was turned away! The ticket had been purchased the day before and she even had the office bus ticket confirmation with her. The driver refused to let her on the bus and she was told they could do nothing about it. The Florida Express Bus website only offers a phone number that is nothing short of an AUTOMATED voice memo. There is no actual human to speak to. They encourage communication via email but fail to reply at all. They were emailed on 6/23/17 and we have yet to receive a reply about an immediate refund. All Tour transportation seems to be the parent company that allows Florida Express Bus passengers to book their tickets on the Florida Express Bus website. I have reached out to All Tour and they offer no solution to this problem. I would stay far away from this company. They're stealing money from people on a daily basis and I believe legal action needs to be taken.

To the moron driving the bus in front of Walmart on 192 in KISSIMMEE. WAIT YOUR TURN PAL, you're not out saving lives, putting out fires or any other type of life saving mission. Quit blowing your horn. You might intimidate a few, but I'm not one of the few. Wait your turn traffic will clear, next time I see an accident & huge lawsuit. Hire reliable sensible drivers that have patients & moral. Although you don't value your own life value those around you, passengers, friends, family, fellow church members, co-workers. We will all die one day no need to rush it by being a MORON.

Don't use this company. They treat the people like trash the guy supposed to help you with the reservation (not sure if is the owner ) is very disrespectful. He cancelled the trip of a passenger, that I took at the pickup location at Walmart of osceola Parkway in kissimmee. Instead of giving instructions he started treating me as incapable of understand the pickup instructions. Does anyone know the size of Walmart super center parking lot area? Does anyone heard of any Interstate 75 located next to Walmart in kissimmee. This people didn't get enough passengers for the trip from Kissimmee to Bradenton florida and this people cancelled my friend trip without any valid explanation. Don't use this company. Very bad treatment.
