For starters, Jim Bike's review is fake...the station isn't even open for 10 hours any day of the week. Second....they definitely don't answer their phone, even though they are supposed to be open. Update: I found out yesterday (10-23-17) that this station has been closed for a while. You can still buy tickets inside McDonald's, or at the Pilot Travel Center.

Bus never showed up. Spent 10 hours in a cockroach infested bus station.

Unprofessional, unreliable service. Always-late buses, rude drivers and ticket agents, dirty and dangerous depots with low-lives all about, and bus seats that are both uncomfortable and torn. And even when Greyhound is at fault, they refuse to refund your money. Avoid!
