It was terrible!! We waited for our bus to SLC at 1:30am and the tracking keeps changing its time of delay. So we finally called, to follow up and we have talked to so many reps on the phone, been saying the same thing all over again!!! They said the Bus stopped by and we kept telling them that there was NO BUS and there were 4 other people that could attest to this because we were all waiting for the same bus and 2 taxi cabs were waiting for their passengers as well to be picked BUT NO BUS!!! So at 430am Bus to Colorado stopped by and we asked him, and he straight up told us, that the SLC BUS did not even stop 😡 So called GREYHOUND to get a refund and we were told they wouldn't be able to do a refund👊🏽 Like really? 8 hrs still in Cheyenne and still no BUS?!!! I would not even want to a star!

It was terriable!!!! It was so dirty and full of garbage and homeless. I was so disappointed!!! No place for children or a young woman traveling alone. Cheyenne I expected better from you!!!
