This  company is absolutely horrible and should be shut down ! They are constantly losing luggage, running late,  and have horrible artitudes. They won't even reimburse you for their mistakes.  In my experiences as in more than 1 bad experience with this awful company they have over booked busses so they leave people stranded, have thrown luggage around carelessly because it's not their belongings, are absolutely never on time causing you to miss your bus and the bus will not come back for you. So if that happens be prepared to miss out on time at your destination. It's every station to. All they care about is getting paid and going home. In my personal opinion,  either fly to your destination or drive. Unless you want to waste your money and get treated like your not even a human. I've never seen more lazy non caring people in my life.
