I took my son to the Chicago bus station, first off Paul one of the bus boarders was really rude, secondly he decided to let others load ahead of us "saying they have to board first because they have to make sure they connect in Memphis" after he let all of them board before us there was not any room left on that bus so we had to wait on the next bus (which I asked and he said could be anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour) then when that bus pulls in Reggie another bus border decides to let another group of passengers who where behind us go on first saying "ladies and children first" the whole time Paul and myself were arguing back and forth because he said they would arrive at the same time I did not understand how they would make it at the same time and this bus was at least 30 minutes behind, my son finally boarded and I went to talk to the manager who was Curtis, I told Curtis I wanted to complain on Paul because he has no customer skills and was very rude, Curtis asked me to explain how, I explained to him, then he apologized and also said "that both buses would arrive at the same time", my thoughts are 1st how can they arrive at the same time if the second bus got there 30 minutes later and the people had to board so it was at least an hour behind and 2ndly if that's the case why did they let the other passengers get on the bus first they could have waited if both buses would make it at the same time. I think Chicago needs to better equip themselves with buses, make sure they don't over book buses, and make sure there employees are kind, curtious and respectable to the customers, (we are paying for these tickets).
