VERY CLEAN... I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the rude counter help at the Greyhound counter. WHAT A SOB!  As for the station, It was very clean. As you can see from my pictures. Even the bathroom. No homeless or beggars in sight. I was waiting to transfer buses so I was here for almost 2 hours.

Horrible experience from the beginning,  people rude, absolutely dirty the  interior bus,  the air conditioner ducts complete fully of dust, it was a nightmare. The seats uncomfortable.  Honestly if I could use minus three star I will do.... the train es the best option little expensive than bus. But is the best option. I'll never use the greyhound service again.  ... my recommendation for you is, don't live the bad experience. Just don't use them.

The most irrational business i have ever encountered. their bus is 1/5 full. refuses to sell me a ticket within 15minutes of the scheduled depart time, i buy a ticket anyway and the driver refuses to let me on. Literally incompetent business to the fullest capacity possible. so i make them refund me so i can take a train for the next time that their bus is. literally what kind of arrogant idiotic business model do they have. their bus driver literally refused to have me on a bus i had paid for, so i have them refund my money so i can take a train. This company has to be run by MORONS. You refuse money on empty buses. I will literally NEVER buy another greyhound bus ticket again. I would rather die than ever support your incompetent business model

I have been riding greyhound for yrs it's so sad to say this company needs a lot of improvement the schedule buses and sell tickets for rides that they don't even have a driver for I'm here in Milwaukee had to wait 5 min for the cashier to sell me a ticket because she was outside talking with coworkers I just came in tues to Chicago from the ATL I had a trouble insperment with greyhound going last month been trying to book a ticket online all day the customer service#they say something different then what's online samething at the station I'm so done with greyhound talking about leave the driving to us you can do that if you want to be somemwhere at one of there stations stranded as new as this station is you would think they would have electric plugs to charge your device's

the bus driver kicked a woman and her baby off the bus. in reality it was because they didn’t have enough room for everyone. but what he did was say she wasn’t getting on the bus cause she sassed him. She said she’d been waiting over and hour. And she had. With her baby! Because the bus was over two hours late. And then he wouldn’t help a beg pregnant woman load her luggage (I did).
