The bus stop/ ticket counter in Twin Falls is not even worth the one star I had to give it. Horrible service. The business hrs of the employee must depend on when that person feels like working. I purchased a ticket on call/ pick up and have made 4 attempts during business hours to pick it up and each time there has been no one there, and messages to the voice mailbox go unreturned. The whole greyhound experience has been a bad joke. Next time I'll fly.

The bus stop in Twin Falls Idaho is merely a gas station that the bus stops at and does pick ups and drop offs for bus transfers. I recommend not having a layover there on the weekend or after 5 pm because you will be stuck sitting out side on the pavement until the next bus comes along. And every layover I have had there was 12 hours or more and in the middle of winter. It sucks ass

My wife and I rode the greyhound bus yesterday the 3/29/17 and to say we we're horrified is to say the least. To start off we have to say the driver was a gentleman, he was pleasant and drove us there safe.The rest of the journey was horrid. When we first entered the bus we were greated by a horrible smell and then as we entered the bus we walked to find a seat, we were horrified as we seen dirty clothes and there was food Everywhere, on the floors, the seats,stuck to the window and so on. It is advertised as having leather seats,this was not the case, we sat on chairs that had food on them and the arm rest would not even fold back to its fullest. The bathroom was the worst experience, there was toilet paper all over the floor, and urine on the seats and thetoilet didn't flush,it was an awful experience. We have been trying to contact the greyhound but we've to go in and reclaim a full refund,my wife and I have to stay over night in a hotel and get a lift home the next day as we can never ride this bus again. Never again will we use this bus..

2 1/2 day's from So. Cal. To Twin Falls Id. Never again. I will go into dept and fly. 3/12 hr. flight. Not even worth 1 Star.
