Convenient location, at a Speedway gas station. The gas station has one bathroom, they have coffee and hot dogs for a quick bite. They also have a variety of cold sandwiches and drinks. You can play lottery and purchase cigarettes as well. The staff is always friendly at the Speedway and their hours of operation are 6am -12am.

If I could give this a negative star review I would. The worst and I mean worst customer service. Waited 20....not 10, not 15 but 20 minutes for someone to pick up. Then to make it even better the person couldn't answer my question and gave amother number to call. When I asked if they could call for me and transfer me once the person answers (remember waited about 20 minutes), she said no they don't do that. I'm sorry what?????? What business doesn't transfer calls? So after restating what she told me, (making sure there was no miscommunication) I hung up and called the number she gave me. Where I AGAIN 15 minutes for some worker to pick up. Where once again they were completely unhelpful and had the balls to have an attitude with me, when I asked about my options. Really??? It took everything inside of my not say disrespectful things. I had to keep reminding myself that its the worker fault for there lack of training. This is the first and the LAST time I will EVER use a greyhound. Congratulations on you're amazing customer service. I know now why people hate your guts.

The bus smelled, the driver was rude, and irate. I've rode with greyhound or Amtrak all my life never have I ever had an experience like this. Now I just take Amtrak to get visit home.

One of the worst customer service ever. Spent $56 for a ticket online for first bus scheduled 0530 on April 3rd. Waited for an hour and half before bus arrived by 0655. Called customer service to check the status of bus no body picked up the phone. Called the customer service the second time after spending so much time waiting and finally they picked up. I gave them my confirmation number they told me they can't find the bus schedule in the system. What! No email no call to give customers' updates. All they care is the money. That's horrible.
