I constantly have issues with the drivers not showing up at the requested locations and then saying I was a no-show when I had been standing and waiting for often more than an hour. Also often simply ignoring my stop completely and continually shuffling me down to later time slots.

I don't appreciate the rudeness displayed to my gf today by one of the drivers. Gonna try and tell my gf she is carrying too many bags...she had 3 reusable grocery bags and her purse. Marion, Ohio has more rude and condescending snotty butt ppl than u can shake a stick at. My girlfriend wasn't  breaking any "rules". Come to Columbus or New York and try talking down to a customer like that. You're gonna be searching for a new job.

I used MAT when i first moved to Marion since I did not have a vehicle even now I still use MAT occasionally. The drivers are helpful and friendly.. The People at the station are helpful and polite as well. MAT is a very helpful and convenient resource. Only downfall in my opinion is they dont do evening hours. I had to pay cab service after work because they dont drive for 2nd shift hours.
