Dear Greyhound Bus, thank you very much for charging me $20 after I bought a $179 bus ticket for a homeless guy who was being threatened and assaulted. This guys life was in danger so I took it into my own hands and bought him a ticket to get him to his family and friends where he will be safe. You charged me $20 because the ride wasn't for me because he had no money and doesn't get his first check for 2 more weeks. I will remember this and make sure everyone I know will choose an alternate form of transportation.And again thank you greyhound as your company sucks. So because your company was late then the rider feel asleep at your station and you waited till 30 minutes after the bus left to say anything to who him you cost me another $30 by refusing to put it on my card instead I had to send it via western union and pay a $9 fee. I am beyond mad at your company right now. I will be posting a note to your Google so everyone who reads Google surveys knows how horrible your company is.

How about a -5 stars? They cannot keep to a schedule, have really stupid routes, which result in missed connections. I just put my 80 year old mother on the bus at Summerville yesterday afternoon. Of course they route everyone through Atlanta. Due to the bus running late, my mother missed her connection and had to sit in the terminal until 4:45 am before the next bus headed to her destination came through. She is now on her way to St. Louis, Missouri, where she will arrive at the time she should have arrived home in Champaign, Illinois. Needless to say, this will NEVER happen again!! Our family will put her on the train if someone is unable to drive her where she needs to go. Greyhound, you suck!!!!
