The facility is clean. In a remote area, though and hard to find as the sign is only about 40in tall. On a side note the driver was very rude to certain passengers and helpful and polite to the others. I don't like to use the race card, but it is what it is. My bus was Rte 1096 leaving Columbia SC at 10:55a on 4/26/18. Driver had no name tag on

Greenville bus station customer service was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Extremely rude lady behind the desk if I could rate in the negatives I would! Trying to end things on a positive note the bus driver and ride was pleasant and comfortable

Kinda boring here. No food around except the snack machine. Unfortunately, this station is in the middle of nowhere in an industrial park. There is absolutely no fast food, restaurant, or store nearby. If you're stuck on a layover here, plan on sitting in an unmoveable plastic chair, facing a television playing CNN. That said, the place is clean and we'll lit. No charging stations in the lobby or on their buses either. Plan on charging your phone before you arrive here.

It's clean. places to sit. a TV. Nice restroom. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Small quiet place it was clean and has a restroom and vending machine , the people I met there were pretty nice that worked there and it wasn’t crowded at 7am in the morning
