They charge you $20.00 dollars a ticket to change information such as destinations, time, if you're leaving from the wrong Greyhound. I feel like it shouldn't matter they are still are making money either way. We as Customers are not asking for a refund just a change in destination, time, Or different Greyhound. We already paid a certain amount to travel. If you change your ticket info immediately then I feel you shouldn't be charged. The issues I went through next time I do better renting a car or have one of my own.

No place to eat or lockers for your stuff. Staff was rude. Unprofessional. Inconsiderate of my disability. No aid with my stuff.other passengers helped me to stow my gear and help me aboard the bus. If you want my true rating of greyhound i give them a steaming hot 🔥 pile of excrement. They SUCK.

Clerk's at the front desk were very kind and informative making me feel at ease for my first trip in years!!!  Very clean quiet safe...

This place is new and improved. Customer service is also good, but it is still crowded. It should have been bigger to accommodate the clients.

The facility is air-conditioned and the staff is professional and friendly. You can see a video of the history of transportation in Corpus Christi that is interesting and informative. The security is adequate.
