I love the drive. The bus is clean. But I wish there was more space between you and the person beside you. I had a man sit next to me once and o.my God he smelled like he had been drinking all night. I hate when they stopped at another station picked almost a bus full of people and there's very little seating left some people put there stuff on the seat next to them and are choosing who they are going to let sit next to them. Sometimes the bus driver has to go and ask to remove their stuff from the seat cause there is people standing. The bus drivers are very courteous and attentive. I have to use the bus often to go see my family in Conroe. This is why I complain. There is another bus much bigger and roomy but doesn't go to my destination.

Service and Driver's the experience has been 23/24 years ago since I used a Greyhound Bus line,for travel. Thank you for informative safe driver's whom have the same distance and places to go EVERY DRIVER had a smile for me Excellent worth the journey the cost online service was helpful and very polite to my husband as well! Your almost a ," breath of fresh air😁😀👌✌️☝️💜♥️Happy New Year😉2018, has possibilities may your employees and company as WRLL, GO GREYHOUND GO!

Booked a ticket for 0530 in the morning well in advance for my travel, I arrived at 0430 early enough to reserve a spot in line. My bus did not end up picking me up and departing until 10:30. The staff had absolutely no idea what was going on and could not answer any questions from any passengers. Would not recommend riding greyhound to anybody.

I liked it because there is a small food/grill where you can purchase beverages and breakfast/lunch as well as some healthy options. There are self help kiosk where one can print all tickets and itinerary without waiting in line or needing to interact with customer service desk... Additionally, there are outlets to charge your electronics and wifi on the BUS through out your journey! Pretty good for being a inexpensive travel option! Much cheaper than a full tank of gas!

Functional, reasonable way to travel if you need to save money. The easiest drop-off point is at a stoplight where you bail out of your uber with all your luggage before it turns green. There are always people standing around the entrance which can be unnerving if you feel vulnerable. Don't look like you have money or you'll be asked for some. Once inside the station, there are vending machines and even a tiny greasy restaurant. There is a standing bar with outlets to charge your devices. Everything looks dirty but it's probably fine. The news is always on the TVs and everyone just kind of deals with it. Politely ignore social outliers like adults napping on the floor in line for the bus. Most employees are kind and helpful, although sometimes you get a bad apple for some reason. Just try someone else.
