The gentleman who issued me a ticket in Biloxi was the nicest part of my Greyhound Adventure. At the various places we had to stop to change buses the Greyhound staff were some of the rudest, obnoxious and inefficient people I have ever dealt with. Many of the people on the buses with me said they would never use Greyhound again. I wouldn't use Greyhound under any circumstances. I only met two or three employees that impressed me. Other than 3 Greyhound employees, which I'm going to contact the home office and compliment I want absolutely nothing to do with that poorly run operation.

Nice little transit station though the only problem I had with it was cooking was not allowed. I don't understand this country anymore.

I picked up some one from there and they lost her bags. They told her to call back up there the next morning to see if they had her bags and we left. Then we were on our way home and the lady that was working called us to come back. She had found her luggage so we turned around and went and got her stuff. She was awesome and a great help.

It's ok, but sometimes not so good. But gets you where you need to be. Bad layovers, all the time, my last one was 12hrs in a scary bus station alone.
