Worst service ever! I called in advance to get my mother-in-law a rode and explained to them she's an elderly woman. The driver that picks her up must have air conditioning! Not only did they not have a/c the driver refused to turn around and bring her home! Then he had the balls to tell her she had to pay the $40 cab fare for the entire trip when she only went 2 miles! Never again will we call them for a ride! You shouldn't either!

Vehicle in wonderful condition, driver friendly, and showed up in a reasonable time frame but the cost was insane. From the entrance of my apartment to my job site, which was less 3.5 miles, cost me twelve dollars.

I used this service from Pascagoula to Mobile airport.  I couldn't believe they charged over $120 for this ride.  I will never use them again.  Also, I told the Hilton Garden Inn to stop recommending them to customers without properly informing customers of the over inflated prices.
