I guess it looks like a bus stop, (directly across from the "Smoke & Vape" shop) but it should be better marked with "54 Hanover St" or "Greyhound" or something because there's also a town bus and college bus here.

Take ANYTHING except Greyhound. My boyfriend and I went from Maine to North Dakota on Greyhound and our bus was late going into Chicago. We missed our transfer bus by about 5 seconds; it was literally pulling out as we pulled in. We went to the ticket desk to have a new transfer bus. The lady there wanted to charge us $40 FOR EACH TICKET CHANGE. We had to speak to three different ticket attendants before someone realized it wasn't our fault. The next available bus out was in THREE DAYS. We talked to the manager and she told us she couldn't help us. No meal vouchers, no room comps. Nothing. For THREE days. We tried to nap in the terminal, however, every 30 minutes we were woken up by a security guard telling us we weren't allowed to sleep in the terminal. For THREE DAYS. No sleep. No food. For THREE DAYS. Every time the manager saw us, about 4 or five tines total during our stay there, she told us we needed to leave the terminal immediately because we weren't paying customers, even after we showed her ticket stubs MULTIPLE TIMES. On the south side of Chicago. Someone tried to purchase me from my boyfriend 3 feet from the door. Not rent for the night, buy. Me. Permanently. I emailed the corporate office about my problems, and I'm still waitingfor a reply. It's been about a year and a half. NEVER TRAVEL GREYHOUND IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

No one likes riding the bus and Greyhound doesn't do much to change that. The buses are usually clean, but sometimes extremely crowded. When they aren't packed it is much more enjoyable. Bus drivers are often candidates for Disgruntled Employee of the Month. They recently added "wi-fi", but it is essentially useless, as you have to login every 15 minutes or so and you can't stream music or video due to a proxy server. And the seats will probably make your butt hurt after a few hours.

Stay away at all cost. My friend went from NH to WV. They detoured her three times. And when she was close to WV they told her she had to take the bus that went to Chicago to get to her stop in Charleston WV. She was suppose to be there at 920 pm. It's now 3am and she's still not there. And they lost her baggage. Greyhound is a joke and the bus driver is an ass.
