Boston Express is great. They fight the traffic for you when you go to Boston. Its reasonably priced, professional drivers that go out of their way to make you comfortable and safe. These buses are HUGE- yet they drive them so well, without jerking or sudden stopping. I recommend them highly.

I was picking up a friend of mine here on her way back from Boston. She said the bus ride was pleasant and she was rather on the happy side when she arrived. I used the restroom while I was waiting for her which was spotless and smelled like it had been recently cleaned. Everything was in working order except for the automatic flush system. There was a small sign over the broken sensor that said please flush me. With a smiley face and an arrow pointing to the small black button that overides the sensor and makes the toilet flush. The staff inside was pleasant and asked me how I was doing and if I needed any help and then when they realized I wasn't a customer told me there were vending machines for both drinks and snacks if I needed anything while I waited for the bus to arrive. They then informed me that the bus coming from Boston was going to be 10 to 15 minutes late due to heavy construction on 93 North. I was impressed that they treated people so well.

Great way to get into Boston from the southern NH area, as a commuter or if travelling out of Logan to save on parking. Free coffee for Boston Express passengers, not the best but it's cheap and all I need to make it to lunch. Bus seats are comfortable, passengers and drivers are friendly.

Availability of buses makes for easily flexible travel. Bus station is always clean and the buses are pretty good as well ( as far as buses go). My favorite way to get into Boston.

The best way to get from Nashua or Salem to downtown Boston or Logan airport and back. Way better than a shuttle van.
