Well equipped and easily seen from the street as not to pass it by. Big inside to accommodate even a busy travel day or holiday.
The staff is friendly and security is on top of their game. Easy in and out of the bus from route to route!!

This has been the worst travel experience of my life. The bus was 3.5 hours late and the bus driver talked for the first 45-60 minutes of the trip over the intercom about pointless information regarding altitude and roadside attractions, repeating himself 2-3 times. At 3AM in the morning. When everyone on board clearly needed to sleep due to this awful company’s delay. Inconsiderate staff, inconsiderate driver, poor communication. An entirely dissatisfactory experience. Other travelers who were taking different buses than me also were delayed anywhere from 2-5 hours. NEVER travel with this company if you need dependable service. My recommendation is to avoid Greyhound at all costs.

Absolutely horrible place.  Dirty and homeless/drug users all over.  The staff is extremely rude, unorganized, and unprofessional.  I tried to talk to the manager about a 45 minute delay and only received an "I don't know what you want me to do" answer followed with I don't give a #$!@ body language.  I can't comprehend how this man is a "manager'.. how!?  NO customer service skills, uneducated, and unprofessional.  After the delay to board the bus, there was another 2 hour delay on the road due to a bus break down.  In addition, the bus driver got into a fight with a customer.  Greyhound is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.  It does not hold their employees to any standards.

I've ridden greyhound from Seattle to homestead Florida, and multiple times from Joplin,mo to Phoenix,Arizona. I've always found the drivers to be competent and only have one complaint. I missed my connection  Albuquerque and if it wasn't for my older brother they were going to make me buy a whole new ticket.
