Don’t recommend this place.Not very well maintained. I will post some pictures on yelp. Never lease at this place if you are looking for short-term they will rip your money. Property manager Rachel is not a pleasant person to talk to either. Until unless you’re left with no option don’t consider this place. It was our situation when we moved to this place and had a horrible experience. We also lost our package delivered to leasing office,it contained nice branded shoe. One more thing inspite you provide 60day notice you will have to pay close to 1500$ if break the lease even in worst case scenario of employment change or something. If you don’t provide notice you are looking at close to 4500$ as your lease breaking fees( Totally screwed). I don’t know what is going to happen to my deposit.So make your choice wisely.

I love this property. We have lived at another Greystone residence, but this one is by far the best. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to whatever we need and the maintenance is VERY quick to resolve what ever issue there is. There are a lot of kids out and about and we love it! Our favorite part of our apartment is our balcony, it's HUGE! Another favorite part is that this property is gated and the gates actually work!!
