It's easy to see why Keith & Mary Williams are the top real estate team in Columbus. My wife and I were treated like family from the moment we met. We were instantly their top priority and they always went the extra mile, no hesitation. With a deadline looming on our move from Colorado, the Spouses Selling Houses, were relentless in finding us a home. We were halfway across the country in our searching efforts and they provided us with videos of all houses we were interested in, and took the time to explain the neighborhood, schools, parks, and amenities. They remained personable and genuinely cared about our situation. We would recommend Keith, Mary, & Kim to anyone planning on buying or selling a home in the Columbus area. - We are so grateful for our entire experience with them and they're always welcome at our home.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years and I have never had realtors as competent, caring, conscientious and sincere as Keith and Mary Williams. They know the market and they know how to make your house sell. They take care of all the details that are so important as you put your house  on the market and as you show it to others. They have great relationships with others in the field and can assist with any questions or issues you or your buyers have. They do more than is expected. They also have an office staff second to none. They are there for you day and night, no matter what the issue. If I could do it, I  would rate them a 10 on every item in this review. You cannot do better than these two. I recommend them with the highest praise and with no reservations !! Frances KochanLess

It was a pleasure working with Mary.  She listened to us and consistently gave us feedback on the properties.  I felt as though she could read my mind, so when, after over a year of looking, the perfect property came on the market, Mary made sure that we saw it.  We made an offer that day and the rest is history.  Thanks so much to Mary, Keith, and Kim for being so patient and kind.  We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

My husband and I got to know Mary when we used her as our realtor on a recent purchase.  What I loved most about Mary was her friendly, personable nature.  You could tell she really cared about us as people, not just clients.  Her passionate, caring personality put us at ease, and she never made us feel rushed.  She showed us several properties, answered all of our questions, made sure we understood what was happening, gave us sound advice, and ultimately led us each step of the way in the actual buying process.  Mary is simply amazing!  I've worked with many realtors in my lifetime, but have never met an agent as thorough and as knowledgeable as her.  If you're looking for a real estate agent to sell your home, or if you're looking for a new home, I highly recommend Mary Williams.  She is an asset to her profession!!!  I will definitely contact her in the future for all of my property needs.  Call her... you'll be glad you did!
