I just want to know how someone can rent an apartment with no ID and no one asked for ID applies for on line let’s the person live there for three months and evict them and never asked for ID have conversation with the people and see the check used for paying the rent from a closed account with. Someone else name on the check and still not ask for ID and when the right person calls after receiving mail anti find out that they have been a victim of identity theft and fraud and the Property management company want to blame me for them not doing there job excuse they were in transition the PM was rude and didn’t care about what happened even when she described the person who she interacted with so now I’m fighting with them to get this straight .
