A Little History
Shepherd Brokers.com Real Estate was started with one office and a handful of sales associates in 2001 by Jay Shepherd. Shepherd began his career in real estate in 1978 as a sales associate. In 1988, he was hired as sales manager for Herbert Herring Realty eventually purchasing the company in 2000. In less than six years, Shepherd Brokers.com Real Estate has become one of the area's largest real estate companies.

Under the leadership of Jay Shepherd the company has experienced exponential sales growth facilitated by the addition of nearly 40 new sales partners. Shepherd is considered a visionary by employees and sales partners alike, especially in the areas of technology and marketing. He is also responsible for designing the most high tech training facility in the area.
