Story

Luxurious apartment community featuring a designer pool with hot tub and wading pool, gazebo and grilling area, tanning bed, tennis court, media center with coffee bar, car care center, and much more. All apartments have granite kitchen countertops and bath vanities, crown molding, surround sound speakers, and "smart" apartment wiring.

I've been here almost a year with no major issues. All concerns are handled very quickly and the office staff are always so friendly and warm. I'll definitely be renewing my lease. Greystone Summit is a great place to call home.

We have lived there for almost a year now and WOW! We have loved it. Very dog friendly community, the workers are so helpful and it’s beautiful! I would highly recommend! We will be so sad when we have to leave!!

We love our apartment! It's spacious, modern and cozy. The amenities at the property are great ... couldn't ask for more. The office staff are VERY courteous and professional. We love living here at Greystone Summit!!

I have been living at the Summit for almost two years and I have enjoyed every single day of it. It's been very peaceful, convenient and pleasant place to come back to after a long day at work. Location is great - restaurants, shops, grocery stores are 5-10 min drive away. The Flat Rock Park is less than a mile away. Amenities onsite (pool, fitness) are well maintained and never overcrowded. Unlike most of the  other apartment complexes, the apartments are recently build and furnished. Office staff has always been welcoming and promptly addressing any issues that may come up. Our neighbors have been very friendly, ongoing and respectful. This means a lot as my baby girl never had woken up due to rawdy neighbors or wild parties. My only wish was that the gym was bigger but as I said it hardly gets crowded so it doesn't make a difference to me. If you are looking for a place that ticks the above points, I will well recommend the Greystone Summit.
