I went to buy a new Kia at Grieco. I met this great, fantastic and low key salesperson named Jenn.  Jenn  gets the job done. She spent a lot time with me which I appreciated. It was great having woman helping me with my purchase who understands how differcult buying a car can be.

Had a bad day today at Grieco Honda with a manager falsely accusing me of providing fraudulent information. Thanks to Kip and  Connie though who were very pleasant and cooperative. These managers should stop looking down at people.

Richard was very helpful in getting us the vehicles we wanted in the price range we needed. He followed through all the way to the end to make sure we were satisfied customers.  I will shop Grieco through Richard again soon.

Purchased a car a month ago!! Loved the buying process, great price, fast service. Drive out to get my car and go home! Yay right?! Well a week goes by and they call and say they sent me home on the wrong plates! They had taken the plates off my old car and put on the new one without registering it first. I was suppose to have a temp plate. They wanted me to drive to the dealership 30 minutes from my house to get the right plate. They finally agreed to overnight one. I got the plate 5 days later.....now my temp plate is expired and they told me two days in a row my  car would be registered. Well yesterday they couldn't get it done and took my car to the dealership until Tuesday when it could hopefully be done! Really?! And not to mention they had to meet me at work to sign papers...they called me from the parking lot sayinf they were outside waiting...and I've called to speak with a manager which is extremely hard to get ahold of......I will never be back. I even said at this point I didn't want the car back I wanted to go somewhere else and they said yeah well sorry.

I walked in the dealership not exactly sure of what I wanted. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable salesman Rui. He showed me a copy different vehicles and after a brief test drive and negotiations. I was signing the papers on my new car with no regrets! Thanks a bunch to the managers for working with me too! I'll be sure to spread the word cause to me you guys are the grieco difference!
