.I was very frustrated and wrote a negative review of my experience with their service department yesterday. I felt I needed to come back and remove that review and apologize. They resolved my issues and even agreed to help with part of the cost and as I am a disabled person on a set income this was very kind of them and made me feel as if they really cared about my situation and my car. I received excellent customer service from Miss Kayla and from their service manager Ed. I again want to apologize for getting so frustrated and giving then a review before seeing the end result of the situation. I have always received good service and good customer service at this dealership and I should have given them the benefit of the doubt this time. I am changing my review and the low rating I gave them because in the end they fixed my car and were very understanding. I would definitely take my car there again for any service in the future. Thank you to Miss Kayla and Ed for everything.

bought a brand new14 Dodge avenger. Since I got the car I've been having a problem with the interior lights.every time I've asked them to look at it they said there was nothing wrong.I brought it in(for the 3rd time)at 9.30am.i was supposed to get a call by 3pm and I ended up waiting all day for a call. I had to call them numerous times and still didn't get a call.Finally got a hold someone all they told there was something major wrong with my car and all they said was they would keep my car but not for how long. I then asked about getting a rental car and they said that they were already closed up so I couldn't talk with anyone. About a year and a few months after I got the car I tried trading it in and I was told there were some new people who might be able to help me.i went in and was basically told there I was stuck with the car due to how much I still owed within 20 mins of me being there. definitely not recommend getting any car from here because they continue to sell cars that they know have problems with them and should be recalled. I've read online reviews afterwords saying that other people are having the same problems with the car and they try to tell you there's nothing wrong with the car. Some of the reviews for the car I have and issues other people have been having problems with are electrical issues, headlights turning off, lights flickering, a squeaking noise coming from the left side of the car that even if you replace the brakes and rotor it will still continue, and lastly the car stalling and shutting off when you make turns almost causing serious accidents.So I went to the dealership 2/1/16 . I didn't get any help with trading in my car. I spent more than half the day for them to tell me no and that was because I owe more than the car is worth. That's because of the high interest rate I got stuck with because of them. For the most part,  most of the staff was the same. So now I've had this car for about three years now.i received a letter in the mail about an event they were having this weekend.The letter I received saying what my car was worth, how much money they were willing to put towards paying off the car to get me into something new, to work towards lower payments also a lower interest rate and the option to not have to put money down. When I got there i was told my car was worth a few thousand less than what the letter said, the payments would be more, I wasn't told the new interest rate, they weren't going to cover the difference and I would still have to put a few thousand down on the car. Now that it's been about three years I still definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Now my car is stalling out on the highway and when I called to ask the dealership if they could look into it they said it's not covered under warranty and it would cost me 130 just for them to look at it, not to actually fix anything. Going on the 4th year of owning the vehicle they finally supposedly fixed the safety recall that I've received 3 letters for in the past 2 years. Which they claimed they didn't have a solution for until now. A week or two before I go to get the recall fixed the airbag light goes on. So I brought my car to a different dodge dealership. They were very upfront about a diagnosis at no charge for the first hour work and doing a regular checkup to see if there is anything else wrong. Which is sad since the dealership I actually bought my car from charges me $130 to just look at things. This is my second complaint, which I'm updated it because I received a response from the dealership that they would diagnose the problem at no charge. When I called to schedule an appointment I spoke with the current service manager and she told me no one would have sent that response and she wanted me to email her the response I had received. I didn't bother because the only reason I even stepped foot in this dealership is because my car is still under an extended warranty, so it should cover the $600 issue.

I called and spoke to Brittney via email several times regarding a car I found on their website. I stated I was interested and she offered for me to stop by and test drive. I was on my way there and she called again to see if I was coming in. I arrived. They had to go find the car even though they knew I was coming. The salesman wanted me to sit down with a cup of coffee. I told him I would just like to see the car. Once I did and took a test drive, I said OK lets talk #'s, that is when he informed me the car was not $6189 as listed on the web site but $8189 / the first price is if you put $2000 down. I asked why I wasn't told that in the several emails back and for the same day. He could not answer me. They then offered me the car for $6400. I said no , not interested, the sales man followed me out to my car yelling for me to come back. I told him if he wanted to sell me the car for $6189 or less as advertised to give me a call. He begged me to come back in. I declined. I would not go to this dealership it was clearly a bate and switch deal. Completely unacceptable.

I had a grear experience purchasing my new SUV from Grieco. Mike Doyle the GM was very patient with me and never felt I was being forced into a vehicle. He was more concerned with me being comfortable with a purchase than getting just a sale. Once I chose a vehicle i worked all the details with him and Tommy Viola the sales associate who did a tremendous Jeep going over the pros and cons of the buying process. The entire process was efficient and will be going back! It felt like home. If your looking for a easy, non hassle experience where you do not feel you are being forced into buying a vehicle then go to Grieco.

After dealing with a couple of dealerships, I am so happy I chose to stop here! Anthony was great and made the process of buying my jeep so smooth. I told him what I was looking for and he found exactly what I wanted without trying to talk me into anything else! Thank you so much for making this a great experience!
