Griffin First Assembly in Newnan is truly a family in Christ Jesus. The members are full of genuine kindness and radiate the Holy Spirit.  Pastor Jake is a passionate preacher,  as he is so understanding of the trials in life and always teaches the Word of God in a way that we, as Christians, can go forth strong in the promises of God. The Worship music is live, upbeat, and excellent!  When I am driving to service, I am excited because I know that I will leave joyful and strong in the Lord. I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful place to praise and worship God our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, His Son.

This church is a answer to prayer. Pastor Jake is awesome. He teaches and preaches the Bible. They have welcomed me and my family openly. The Wednesday night services are awesome. This church believes that love is what Jesus is about. Just great.

God led us to the Newnan Campus of Griffin First Assembly in 2015, and we immediately felt so loved by the members of this Church! We wanted to be a part of a Church that was Spirit-Filled and on fire for God, and where His Word would not be compromised or “watered-down”. Pastor Jake teaches straight scripture and his love for Jesus pours out through his messages every week! We feel so blessed to be a part of this wonderful Church family and thank God for all He is doing through the Leadership and members at GFA Newnan.

We are so thankful to have found this wonderful church!  It has been a true answer to prayer for our family.  It is full of the most loving people!  Our pastor is one of the most anointed preachers we have ever heard!  Come & visit us & I trust you will experience the same.

We came to this church 3 years ago this month.  The Newnan Campus let my family know immediately that they were glad we were there!  We felt this was truly a church where strangers were guests, guests are friends(not outsiders), and friends quickly become family.  My family immediately felt  love and acceptance.  Choosing to worship here is one of the best decisions we have made since moving to the Newnan area.
If you are looking for a church that is open to the Spirit of God,  that is a church of  anointed preaching and praise and worship, a church that loves and embraces its heritage, yet very flexibly accepts new people and new ideas,  a church that will help you take the next step on your spiritual journey and a church that readily proclaims Jesus Christ to the world, then I know you would love to "come do life with us." I know from personal experience, that this is a great and growing church and definitely feel it rates 5 stars!!
