This week we visited Dr. Griffin's office for the first time for my 7 yr old son's routine visit. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to look into insurance information for me. The hygienist was friendly and explained everything step by step to my son. Dr. Griffin was patient and visited with my son about his x-rays and answered his questions in age appropriate terms. The office was clean and the most interesting and child friendly that I've ever visited. I was allowed to remain with my son during all phases of the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Griffin and his staff and we've already scheduled our next appointment for March!

I absolutely love them! really like check out desk lady, very flexible with my schedule and with me having seven kids they are oh so helpful!!! Dr. Griffin it's just great with them, sometimes a little short but he gets it done!, I appreciate him being patient with my children all the time and working with this mother that sometimes feels like time is never enough !!

I went to him as a kid in 21 now. Would NEVER recommend him. He was so mean to me as a child. I started using Dr. Guy he was so much better.

Took my 5 year old who was 3 at the time for crowns after he fell and broke a few. How I wish I never did. Dr.Griffin and his staff were rude and treated me like his teeth were my fault, pretty much like I was a terrible mom. We went in to have the crowns put on they gave him the sleepy medicine and after about 15 minutes called him back. When they were done they let me go see him and I was shocked at what I saw. My barely 3 year child strapped down, with swollen lips, blood and vomit all over him. He was terrified. they even joked that he had kept throwing up and fighting them. This place needs to shut down! How dare they treat children this way. Please take my advice and take your kids some where else. My son had to have Griffin's botched job re-done at Signature Smiles in Houston, Dr.Lee even said that "I have no clue what he was thinking" and said that he and every other dentist knew Dr.Griffin was a terrible dentist. Thanks to Dr.Lee my son can actually smile without being embarrassed.

This dentist is ok. My child has special needs and has high anxiety when he goes to any Dr's office. My son had a panic attack and wouldn't do what the dentist needed to do. As a result they literally told not to come back and to find another doctor. What a bunch of assholes! A children's dentist who can't handle kids. This office is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. Their waiting room is small and if a kid plays with the toys or books and don't place them back then they have the nerve to get after the parents. This place calls themselves a children's dentistry...HA! more like bring your kids...but we don't want to deal with them!
