Car dealerships usually get a bad report from buyers. This isn't one of those dealerships. My sales team (Avery and James) are two of the most professional and knowledgeable gentlemen in the business. They demonstrate integrity in salesmanship, which is a virtue lacking at most other dealerships. The sales management and staff took excellent care of me while the numbers were put together. There are no hidden fees, everything is fully explained right up front. Super easy. Totally fair. Straight up. I've bought dozens of vehicles in my lifetime and dealt with car dealerships from San Diego California to Columbia South Carolina. Today's experience has been the best car buying experience for my family and I. No pressure. No haggle. All professional. Well done. Ten stars.

Today I had a VERY NEGATIVE experience with Griffith Ford- Uvalde! Within the past 3 days I've been in close contact with Maximo Gonzalez Jr! As of yesterday 8/1/2017 I had an approval for the loan of the Dodge Ram 3500 I was trying to purchase! This morning 8/2/2017 Mr. Maximo Gonzalez Jr and my credit union were in close contact in attempt to finalize the paperwork, I was APPROVED and only waiting on the paperwork to sign, I'm in Dallas,TX so the majority of the information needed to be done by email or fax. While waiting for Mr. Gonzalez to correct my name for the 3rd time this morning so I could proceed, I was sent a text message specifically stating "Hey sorry to be the barer of bad news but my manager just let me know that he sold the truck. I am so sorry Xavier."! I then called and asked to speak to the manager responsible which was (Andy Deleon)! I was then informed by him that it was too late and he then explained that if I would've put a $250 deposit they could've reserved it for me, which I was not informed of by my salesman! I feel like it was an inside job and potentially the reason Maximo Gonzalez Jr kept making mistakes on the paperwork to let someone else secure the vehicle. It was very unprofessional and Maximo is very uninformative for not letting me know of the $250 deposit knowing that we were in the last stages of the deal so it could FOR SURE be secured! I was originally working with a guy named Arnold S. on the deal as of 8/31/2017! I was told by him that they have to take turns in the sales lead so he was forced to give the deal up to Max. I wish I would've dealt with Arnold throughout the whole process! He was more professional and I'm almost guaranteed that the deal would've gone through professionally if Arnold was currently the one in charge! Griffith Ford- Uvalde (SPECIFICALLY MAXIMO GONZALEZ, and ANDY DELEON) thank you for a horrible, unprofessional, and uninformative experience! I really do NOT appreciate that! You guys are a horrible representation of your company!

Our salesman was excellent, took the time to show us several pick-ups. He was very courteous. Unfortunately we couldn't make a deal on price so we left.

WORST DEALERSHIP TO GO TO! Drove in from out of town and some snicky salesman was already showing the vehicle I was about to purchase and sold it from under me! Purchase was gonna be made cash and I was promised I was gonna be the first one to see it this morning. Manger should be fired and look for another line of work! Those snicky people had appointment at 6 pm and came in to the dealership while I was on the road. Take your business and hard earned money to a more reputable dealership! If I could I would have not given a star at all!

Service department take to long to get back and and puts customers on hold for more than 10 min and seem like the workers are not sure what parts warranty are covered and are not I had to call to make sure parts are covered after I was told it wasn't and it was.
