We called from Central Texas to send flowers to our supervisors father who was in the hospital after a serious fall and surgery.  The ladies in the shop were very kind and courteous.  They processed the order for us over the phone with ease and promptness.  
We would recommend Griggs Flowers to anyone in Carlsbad, in New Mexico or out of state.

I called during Valentines last year and was asking about prices on the dozen roses! The lady was really rude and didnt' even answer my question. All she said was what color do you even want, I told her red and she said we are sold out, and didn't even offer a second choice, or a solution and just hung up on me! very disappointed and called every shop in Carlsbad and the only shop that accepted my business was Garden Mart.
