This business is very unprofessional. The owner is not apologetic for not delivering orders in a timely manner. I did not receive my Valentine order till the 15th plus it was delivered late in the evening . I should have received a refund for the terrible service that was provided.

Was guaranteed flower would be delivered by 5 p.m., they were not. Manager or owner basically said tough luck sorry for you. Never giving them any business. I guess their priorities are their bottom line and not making things right.

I placed my order online for a local delivery. I later received a pic from the recipient saying thank you. The arrangement was not a 125.00 dollar arrangement and I also paid extra for balloons that never made it. Probably not going to use this business again.

Do not order from this place. My fiance had roses to be delivered to my work on Valentine's Day and when he called to check if they had been delivered they misplaced the order and then they found it and then they told him they wouldn't be delivered until the next morning. The next morning I still had not received anything until he called again and they said they would be delivered as soon as possible. I got them around 2pm and the arrangement was horrible. Definetly did not look like it was done my a professional florist. Terrible experience and will never go back.
