I was pleasantly surprised by Grille 565 this time. I have been before and was less than impressed with food and service. They seem to have turned a corner though with service being very attentive and friendly. The spinach dip was yummy but let me tell you about the pita chips that came with it. They were HEAVENLY. Made fresh, served warm, and with a seasoning that is to die for. The Ruben my fiancé had he said was the best he has had in the Burgh. If your in Bellevue, stop and give Grille 565 a try. They also have a quaint speakeasy in the basement that hosts live music.

We were headed somewhere else in the area, and they DID not have the RIGHT hours. So we stumbled upon this eatery! Happy we found this eatery. I did not think they would want to serve us dinner we arrived about an hour before they closed, but the server was amazingly nice. Plus more people came in after us and she kept seatin and kept serving. IT was not busy, but the band was playing below. We didn't get there, they left by the time we were done Going back to eat and go down to the band. Dinner. Varied menu with VEGETARIAN options yeah! and a great menu that has something for everyone. Fairly priced and good wine. I got the Portabella and Fry Salad. My husband got the burger and egg. Really good, Great service.  Clean. The bar was in the same room, and it had more people roll in while we were eating. Would go back.

Nice little local gem. I've only ever had good experiences here.  The food is always good and the service is friendly and efficient. They have events periodically and I've been to a couple of them and been quite pleased. They are worth a try!Food: 4/5

Had spooky demon watching me at dinner!  Nice place.  Good bar food - they even made something special for me!  Cheap drinks and good.  Very casual.Food: 4/5

Finally tried this restaurant in August. Came across the glowing reviews and thought I should post mine, as I would never go there again. I was looking for a restaurant opened on Mondays to catch a quick afternoon bite with an acquaintance.  I enjoyed my meal roast pork & gravy but was embarrassed in that my guest was served a bland iceberg salad rusting edges with a hair. She politely didn't eat it. The downstairs bathroom was a filthy bar version, and the surrounding area was cluttered and dirty.

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat after my Dr appt at Passavant. I hit cozy restaurant on the GPS and it lead us to this cafe.  So glad it did! Our 1st experience was really nice! Good food and service and prices were reasonable.. the zucchini appetizer was so good and generous portion.. we even had room for dessert  A delicious lemon cream cake.. nice hot coffee too

Ate here a while ago but never put up a review so here it is. Food very bland. Slow service. Wasn't clean at all. My child got sick from the Mac n cheese. Server tried to help but experience was horrible. Location is convenient. Will try again at some time. We believe in a second chance.  Will let you know.
