I should probably know better, but I keep ordering from this location because it’s close to my house and convenient. It always takes over an hour to get my order regardless of living 5 minutes away. They NEVER answer the phone when you call, and the call center is absolutely horrible to deal with.
Did not receive what I ordered. I tried to call the store and no one would answer the phone. I called the call center and they were argumentative and no help at all. I also called customer service and they claimed I would hear back from some one about not getting my order. So far no one has responded. The pizza that they sent was not what I ordered it was cold and ended up in the trash. Had to get my bank involved to get my money back because the manager refused to refund it. Will never support this place ever again.
Jemel, a manager at Bellevue Pizza Hut, kindly listened to my complaint about our pizza purchase the night before He then asked what he could do to rectify my problem.He promptly made another pizza and apologized. This was the first time in many years of problems with fast food/ pizza places that a manager took responsibility and made things right! I hope Jemel gets recognized by his supervisor as a dedicated,caring, responsible manager .
The dough was not cooked well and the pizza was horrible. They also did not deliver the wings I ordered. I called the store over 10 times to resolve the issue and no one would answer the phone.
Jen helped SOOO much! She’s awesome and needs more credit that due cuz she answers the calls and remains calm and professional thru WHATEVER SHE GOES THRU! Thanks so much again Jen we need more workers like u!
Their dough is never cooked through. I always have to rebake it. I would order from different location but they're like nowhere any more
Employees were kind and courteous. Food was good and hot. They have to lose a star for not having the crushed red pepper packets. This is not apart of this review but need to say it. The app is garbage.
Horrible food. Both pizzas ordered were cut ridiculously off to the side like half the pizza off center and everything tasted terrible. I used to really like Pizza Hut but this was enough to keep me away. Plenty of far better options from around this location like Papa John's or Maxwell's Pizza.
Do not order from here. Sent to wrong address. Wouldn’t answer phones. Never got the pizza or anyone to talk to for a refund.
Food was not that good this time around hoagie was made wrong and I asked for four dressing for my salad I only got two
