GREAT AT TEACHING WHAT EVER YOUR TRAING LEVSL MAYBE, YOUNG AND OLDER AND THOSE IN BETWEEN THEY HAVE PERSONAL TRAINERS FOR EACH LEVEL YOU DESIRE. THERE IS ALSO OTHER BUSINESS RIGHT THERE!WHICH IS NICE KINDA LIKE ONE STOP TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE 
BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR WORKOUT!! Also HEALTHY FOOD AND PROTEIN DRINKS , Most greatest complimentary CHILDCARE !!!👍🏼🙃
 TO MEMBERS   ALSO FAMILY AND GROUP MEMBERSHIPS. I ALSO USE TANNING BEDS WHICH ARE MOSTLY STATE OF ART TANNING BEDS WITH A FAIRLY WIDE RANGE LAYFOWN STANDUP BEDS & AN INFARE RED BED THAT HEALS DIFFERENT SKIN PROBLEMS. LAST YEAR THEY ALSO NOUGHT GROANERS IN TOWN WITH THE SAME QUALITY THAT THEY GIVE THERE AS WELL AS THE GYM  BY THE CORNER OF DANS OFF ROAD MOWERS ETC..SHOP.
