Such a great place to train! They have something for everyone! Awesome instructors, a great fun workout and a family like community. Can’t forget to mention there new facility is PERFECT! They have worked so hard to build what they have, everyone needs to check this place out!!!

I just recently started their fitness kickboxing class and I love it!! The instructors are great and very understanding with my medical limitations. They work with me to make sure I get the workout that I need in class and always tell me that its okay to take an extra break if needed be. The class it self is very rewarding because everyone who attends is very nice and very understanding that I am a beginner and are more than willing to wait on me. I give them a 5 star rating because the classes are small, the instructors are amazing and all together I feel like they adopted me into their family.... Thank you!!!

Hey everyone this is hands down a great gym ! Came in after not wrestling or being on a mat for like 8 years . You'll get a great work out and they allow you to push yourself at your own pace . They offer a great friendly , no judgment atmosphere ! Anyone of you scared to break out of your shell and try something different this is definitely the place to do it ! Plus they have sweet gear and at a really affordable price , so if you don't have gloves and stuff it's a one stop train and shop !
