When I picked up my dog from being groomed, they had cut off the dogs harness. They claimed that it was too tight, which is not true. They could of asked me to remove the harness, and instead they cut it in mulitiple spots. When they handed me the dog, the haircut was AWFUL. It was so choppy, it looked like a 5 year old did it. They charged me full price, and I had to go and buy a new harness. Will not go back, and will not recommend.

Karen and Carrie have always done a great job with our dogs. We wouldn't use anyone else in Elko.
