This place is beautiful. Me and my friend went here for our project. It is nice and quiet with lots of books for all ages!

Library staff treats students of color poorly. I will not be recommending any child to go to this branch.

Beautiful library. Has a great audio/visual room where I borrow various audio books and DVDs (no cost for most) anything about a year or less old is $1. Nice kids area that my soon enjoys. Truly appreciate the online system that I can request books for pick up, even from the other GP libraries and pick up here.

Staff is NOT friendly. I have been searching for a library, since I've moved into this area. I have a Grosse Pointe address, that shows on every piece of mail that comes. Finally, I try this location out. One of the library clerks were beyond rude! She instantly got upset and told me "It must be a mistake" with a grouchy attitude. This location is literally 1.5 minutes away from my home. I can't understand why it wouldn't be the nearest location. Neither of the clerks attitudes were welcoming, as I went to buy books after using a guest computer and when I checked out, the lady gave the impression that she didn't even wanna check me out. I felt like it was a racial thing. Very unpleasant experience.
